Scott Head Island Day Sail
A beautiful sail across Holkham Bay and out to the beautiful wilderness of Scolt Head Island or if the conditions are right the Sheringham chalk reef. A fun day's sail setting off from Wells-Next-the-Sea and including locally sourced food suitable for the time of day and our sustainable 'sailed' coffee. We normally walk off the island and organise a pick up or we can stay out longer and return on the evening tide. If we are head to the Chalk Reef we shall sail back.
Half Day Salt Marsh Sail
Our classic Salt Marsh exploration aboard a flat-bottomed Mussel Flat. A half day's sail setting off from Wells-Next-the-Sea and including locally sourced food suitable for the time of day and our sustainable 'sailed' coffee.
Sea School
Learn to sail with the Coastal Explorers! Learn how to sail the lug rig, navigate, local tides, knots, foraging and wild swimming. A day's sail setting off from the pontoon in Wells-Next-the-Sea and including our trademark locally sourced cooked breakfast and sustainably 'sailed' coffee. The second half of the day will be conducted on the sand banks once the tides have receded. All participants received a large CEC patch.
